Bally Technologies names accounting chief new CFO

LAS VEGAS — Gaming equipment maker Bally Technologies Inc. said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Robert Caller is retiring and will be succeeded by Chief Accounting Officer Neil Davidson.

Caller will continue to assist the company under a long-term consulting agreement.

Davidson, 39, joined Bally in 2006. He worked directly for Caller, and was promoted from vice president of corporate accounting to chief accounting officer in 2008.

Before joining Bally, Davidson was vice president of finance for Multimedia Games Inc.

Caller started at Bally in 2006 under an agreement to work three and a half years. He extended his employment through fiscal 2010. Prior to Bally, Caller worked for 30 years at Ernst & Young.
