we purchased electrolux waashing machine on21.10.2008. Wshing machine switch is broken,wwe complained at neaarest branch but nobody has come for repair. We called kolkata and head office but they are bluffing me.I request you kindly take proper action otherwise I have to move consumer court.

Thanks a lot. For my refrigerator, I faced the same trouble of dialling tel nos that are always busy. But, when I tried your no, they picked up immediately and booked the complaint. But, how come such a famous company show such poor attitude year after year towards servicing? Strange- and they are still surviving and their products are selling!!! Possible in a country like ours only.

Ruchika Services, Hari nagar, Ashram, ND had picked up our wm for fixing the door hinge which had got rusted. Even while loading, the machine was damaged due to mishandling and surprisingly only one rickshaw puller was sent to load it! Even after 10 days and numerous phone calls, we get extremely rude answers and demand for prior payment even w/o seeing/checking the machine. Our phone calls tool get disconnected midway! Very bad service indeed! Im glad I dont have any other electrolux products!

I have purchased one Electrolux refrigerator Model No. EDL 240 ED on 26.09.2009 which is delivered tommorrow on 29.09.2009 to my home in pack condition and when i have opened the same I have came to know that one side stand of refrigerator is not touching to ground and refrigerator is looking cross . After facing several prblems with my refrigrator and getting indifferent support from original service provider , came to know that ELECTROLUX customer care is closed and taken over by VIDEOCON and all services are provided by them. Hence, most of the earlier service centre of Electrolux are closed down therefore not responding to phone calls. Those continuing are very rude as most of them are no more authorised service provider and not having sufficient knowledge to support.
