XP Project Guidelines
Remember no projects were developed and delivered successfully before XP. The first successful project worldwide was C3. And no non-XP projects have since been developed successfully ever since nor will be. Always aspire to achieve the glorious fate of C3.

You must have tests for all permutations of all possible data values. For example if you are expecting a number presenting your account balance then test through the whole range of positive and negative intergers till you hit NaN (for Java developers).

Do not think. Do not design. Your test cases will lead you to the destined path of glorious project success. It has a mind of its own. Just be a blind follower.

Everyday remember to pray, before going to sleep, to the XP gods for the great treasures bestowed upon you by their wonderful, never before heard of art of extreme programming. Use the chanting mantra – XP, XP, Xpeeee …

Remember to pay homage to the wonderful minds of XP by purchasing their books.

Do not document your code. Code and test cases are your best document. Users love to read such documentation. In fact what can be better then reading hundred thousands line of uncommented code to figure out what an application does? Additionally it provides you with several thousands free eyeballs over your code.

How about actually writting a real guide to development practices other than taking the piss and therefore contributing to some programmers actually falling into using the pitfalls mentioned in your ramblings. Remember some developers can be as dumb as users. geek
