How I Missed my first event at SXSW

I was trying to get into Mobile UX design panel. Sadly it was overcrowded by the time I got there. I went to Ballroom B with 10 minutes to spare which wasn’t enough. The room was full by then!

Lesson learned: Go at least an hour ahead of schedule for popular events. As I write this there are still couple of dozen people still waiting to get in there (23 minutes past start time). The organizers grossly  underestimated popularity of the session. It should have been scheduled in a bigger room.

I will try to catch the next session on Long distance UX design b y Google team for you. In the meantime I am listening to an SEO explaining to a client about how hard it is to get into a competitive niche.
