Many critics are surprised that Playboy got around the strict censorship norm of Apple and released Playboy “iPhone” apps.The adult entertainment magazine further revealed that it is going to launch a Smoking Jacket version of the website which will be ’safe for viewing’. Safe for viewing means that it will publish the non-pictorial content of the magazine like Rolling Stone and Vanity fair. Chances are that it may also get listed among safe sites. The company expects that it will be able to attract some eyeballs during lunchtime at work and increase the reader base at the same time.
