serial_703294When you and we are talking so much about the need of green gadgets and how it can be achieved, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger took the best platform to voice his concerns about global warming and how we should really focus on the green gadgets at the world’s largest technology trade show in Hannover this week.

I’ve always said the answers are in technology for us to really hit our goals. Our challenges in using less water and electricity in California will be accomplished without any doubt through technology. It’s really the only thing that will save us in the end.

said Schwarzenegger.

This year the international fair is highlighting green technology, and it follows a key report that found that such technologies could curb global emissions by 15 percent by 2020 and result in energy savings worth more than $800 million.

“You’ve seen in this last year 3.3 billion dollars of venture capital invested in California,” Schwarzenegger said, “with 50 percent of all venture capital in green technology and tens of thousands of jobs which are important in this economic slowdown.”

To conclude, we need more people like him to come out and use the stage for they will be heard and the earth will be breathing a few more pure breaths.
