YUPPTV Offers Televesion on Smartphones

NEW DELHI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com) — Indian iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch users can now enjoy watching Live TV and Video On Demand (VOD) services. YuppTV, a popular live tv organization is providing this service.

Global Takeoff Inc. has launched the Yupp TV application, which enables Apple device users in India to watch live TV video streaming of various TV channels of India. The CEO of Global Takeoff Inc, Udaynandan Reddy has announced,

Yupp TV is an iPhone application, which is the first one to place advertisements upon Live TV streaming and thus becoming a innovative approach to increase marketing. Advertisers will now be able to present ads that are relevant to the Live streaming thereby increasing the chances of many users viewing their ads. We are planning to implement this to several other service providers in order to reach all the communities.

This marketing tool also comes with a brand new business strategy. It will enable advertisers to earn more. It is expected that the spending of money for these types of Ads by the advertisers would increase from 335 $ million to 2.5 billion through 2008 to 2013.

YuppTV application is now developed to telecast Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and English TV channels and will soon include Tamil, Gujarati and Marathi and Bengali channels as well.
