The French site Mac4Ever reports that Apple developers are working on iPhone OS4 sdk. The design speaks about simulator” for reformatting / scaling applications to a new, tablet-sized screens. Wall Street journal further confirmed the news by saying that Apple is planning to unveil “new multimedia tablet device later this month” with a “10- to 11-inch touch screen by the end of the month. The show is going to take place at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater  in Sanfrancisco on Jan 27th at 10 am.
