Sony Ericsson Elevates Xperia Experience

SINGAPORE (GaeaTimes.com)- Sony Ericsson ruled the roost of the smartphone market with their flagship model Xperia X10. Reportedly, Sony Ericsson officials were a happy bunch at the regional media event where they spoke about the current status of Xperia X 10 in the market.

Hirokazu Ishizuka who happens to be the corporate vice president and the head of Asia Pacific Region for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications said that the company is happy with the market reception of Xperia X 10 and shall soon elevate the user experience for one and all. While he addressed the media crowd at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Center, he said that in Asia Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 has gained phenomenal success. He also underlined that the sales figure in Japan has been inspiring which have outshined the sales figure of iPhone. Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is the first ever smartphone which imbibes upon the Google Android mobile operating system. Xperia X 10 is all decked up with astounding features that includes a 4-inch touchscreen display and is powered by the all mighty 1GHz Qualcomm processor (Snapdragon).

Sony Ericsson officials also said that Google’s Android mobile operating system has been a revolution in the world of smartphones. Not only Sony Ericsson, but many prominent mobile phone manufacturers have already embarked on it. These includes other market leaders like Motorola, LG and HTC. As a matter of fact, Android clashes right with iPhone, Blackberry and Windows Mobile operating system. As predicted by Sony Ericsson officials, within a span of one year, Android shall take over the smartphone market leaving all other operating systems behind.
