Summary Box: Plastic Logic yanks Que e-reader
NO MORE: Plastic Logic Ltd. is killing its first e-reader, Que ProReader, before it even ships. It was supposed to be a large, thin, touch-screen-enabled device geared toward business users.
WHAT HAPPENED: The device faced delays, and Plastic Logic says it no longer makes sense to bring the Que to such a rapidly changing market for e-readers.
WHAT’S NEXT: The company will work on a new, more advanced ProReader instead, but no details were given on when.
