US Non-Immigrant Visa Application Rejects Firefox Users

The online US non-immigrant visa application site - https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/ doesn’t allow you to submit the visa application using the popular Firefox browser.

However it never says it explicitly. Only when you try to go through the screens, it will incorrectly throw date errors which are impossible to fix in Firefox.

While US Government warned against using Internet Explorer as early as 2004, US Consulate Visa site doesn’t allow alternative popular browsers like Firefox!

Well, stumbled across this old post searching something that have do to with my work.
Now, are you aware that the office, agency or whatever you call that one is a Private Company and have nothing to do with the U.S. Gov.?!
I just hope you’re not intentionally misleading your visitors and readers into thinking the above company as an official U.S. Government body or Agency when you Say “US Consulate”. I really hope this is just a “honest mistake” because those things are illegal those days.

Thanks

Ben.
