Many of you have downloaded WarFTPD and other communication programs from www.jgaa.com. I had done several times before. Today when I was downloading warftpd, I noticed a small link on the main page which lead me to the story of the author of these brilliant software (Jarle) which he gives away for free.

Lycos Europe as you probably know has created a screen-saver which allows a controlling lycos software to target the idle time of the machines which installed the screen-savers to flood the network of known spammers. Some people are getting concerned that it amounts to ddos attack.
