If you right click on the Control Panel in Start Menu, you cannot find the Pin to Taskbar right click contextual menu item  that allows user to pin the Control Panel shortcut to Windows 7 Taskbar. Event if you drag and drop the Control Panel shortcut to Taskbar on Windows 7 to pin Control Panel folder on Taskbar it will not work. This hitch up can be solved with a hack. Well, there's a hack using which you can pin any folder to the Windows 7 taskbar for Control Panel. Still there's an easier hack that I would like share with you.
