Several Apple iPad users reported that the gadget has problems to connect with the wi-fi devices because of weak signals. Apple responded by saying on the support page "under certain conditions, iPad may not automatically rejoin a known wi-fi network". Although, the company offered a fix for it, it responded that the problem could be caused by dual-band routers and suggested users to create a separate network name for each band. However, the users said that other devices are working fine with the same wi-fi connection.
