I have received dozens of spams from ContactThem Network affiliates who follow this simple template: Hi, We've seen your website at https://blog.taragana.com/ [Full URL here] and we love it! We see that your traffic rank is [######] and your link popularity is [##].

Modern DSL modems by default allows you to establish a DSL link through them to provide internet connectivity.

I am assuming that you have downloaded and installed Apache 2.x on your windows machine.
