ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - Dish Network will keep The Weather Channel in its lineup, the satellite TV company said Monday, backing off on threats to launch its own weather-related programing.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - CSG Systems International Inc., which provides software and services that manage customer service for cable and satellite TV companies, said Monday it has agreed to spend about $125 million to buy back about $120 million in outstanding senior debt in an effort to reduce interest payments.

Dish Network Corp., the low-cost leader in a subscription-TV industry where growth comes from taking customers away from competitors, lifted fourth-quarter revenue by attracting budget-conscious customers with aggressive promotions.
