NEW DELHI - Britain-based IT and consulting firm Invensys Process Systems (IPS) Monday signed a deal with China's Shandong III Electric Power Construction Corp (SEPCO), which is setting up a 3,300-MW power plant in Gujarat, for providing software solutions.
