WASHINGTON - A federal judge on Friday allowed the holder of a movie copyright to subpoena the names of people accused of illegally downloading and distributing a film over the Internet.

HARRISBURG, Pa. - The American Civil Liberties Union is helping two people fight a subpoena seeking their identities after they posted anonymous criticism on Twitter of a Pennsylvania attorney general who's running for governor.

WASHINGTON - As the government reviews how an alleged terrorist was able to bring a bomb onto a U.S.-bound plane and try to blow it up on Christmas Day, the Transportation Security Administration is going after bloggers who wrote about a directive to increase security after the incident.

LAS VEGAS - A Las Vegas newspaper says it has been served a federal grand jury subpoena seeking information about readers who posted comments on the paper's Web site.
