youtube_logo A Toronto cop sued Google for $1.2 million damage because he was ridiculed after videos of his actions during the G-20 summit here in June were posted on YouTube. The cop is also seeking the identity of the user who posted them and 24 others who made derogatory comments against him. Constable Adam Josephs was filmed by someone during the  protests at G7 summit in Toronto when he was threatening a young woman with arrest if she blew bubbles in his face. One of the comments says : "I love the fact that this Nazi's name is known. I am hoping some unstable Dilaudid addict takes this (expletive) down.''
SYDNEY - Australian security experts have warned that a Chinese company, bidding to supply equipment to the National Broadband Network (NBN), may spy or launch cyber attacks on government and businesses.
skype-42 The company, Skype, which is filing for an IPO,  announced the release of Skype 5.0 for windows that integrates Facebook News Feed and Phonebook with it. Logging into your Facebook Connect, you will be able to see your regular News Feed and post status updates that can be synced with your Skype mood message. You can call and SMS your Facebook friends on their mobile phones and landlines. Additionally, you will be able to make a free Skype-to-Skype call if your Facebook friend is also a Skype contact. By default, your profile picture will only be visible to your contacts.  It will not show in search results when other people try to find you in Skype.
