Xeni Jardin of BoingBoing has issued a 250K$ Intelligent Design challenge:
We are willing to pay any individual *$250,000
if they can produce empirical evidence which proves that Jesus is not
the son of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. You may submit entries here.
Jason Kottke of kottke.org and Sean Bonner of metblogs have each offered an additional $250,000 which brought up the total purse for anyone capable of proving that Jesus is not the son of Flying Spaghetti Monster to $750,000.
I will throw another *$250,000 into the pot bringing it upto a cool million dollars.
Now lets see who takes up this million dollar challenge.
Read more about Flying Spaghetti Monster if you want to grab your million or if you think this whole “intellient design theory” is an elaborate exercise in stupidity.
* Prize to be awarded with Intelligently Designed currency; void where prohibited by logic.
