Windows 7 in its core has been optimized with a rich graphics and awesome user-friendly UI settings. Still, there are some pretty casual things which can prove to very problematic and silly. Windows 7 decides what localized languages are been used to display text in wizards, dialog boxes, menus, Help and Support and other objects in the user interface (UI). Of course you can change them for your convenience and add or install language packs by your own but if you were having problem, here is a quick solution.
- Click on Start button, then go to Control Panel.
In Category view, click on Clock, Language, and Region link, and then click on Change display language link under “Region and Language” section.
- In Icons view, click on Region and Language icon, and then go to Keyboards and Languages tab.
Under Display language section, choose a display language from the list of installed language packs. - Click apply.
Done!

Well, great - but that option to change that easily only exists in W7 Ultimate version. I have the same problem and research has revealed that there is NO way to change if you have the starter, premium, or other versions of the OS that are not Ultimate. You can´t even download a patch or anything… davvero, stupid MS… |
