SAN FRANCISCO (GaeaTimes.com)- The Sony Computer Entertainment America released its last installment of God Of War franchise in the USA yesterday and it sent the console gamers into a buying overdrive. God of War 3 has improved graphics and a great game play experience as Sony has claimed. The franchise deals with the theme of the revenge of a warrior against the deities of Greek mythology. The players have to don the hat of the game’s protagonist Kratos and solve the mysteries of the mission to proceed through its various levels. This game is available in single player version as of now. However, the game has enough elements to keep the users hooked to their consoles for hours as Sony has said. The walkthrough videos that are out in the Internet can be seen and they look compelling enough fort the gamers.
God of War 3 has enough voyages where the protagonist Kratos needs to fight the battle with Olympian gods and he also has to descend to the murky hell to solve some of the puzzles. Speaking of the puzzles, some game reviewers have expressed the opinion that Sony could do with a few less puzzles in the game. While they may offer the gamers a break from combat, the abundance does affect the pace of the game play. The game is being sold in the USA for $60 per copy.
God of War 3 was in development for a long time and it made the production expenses escalate. However, Sony aims to get back art rival console makers and think it will help in boosting the market of PS3.
