Pretty similar to its ancestral level, the game shall have the other side of the world as its backdrop. Just Cause 2 marks the coming back of the hero Rico Rodriguez who shall be fighting in stiff challenges to overthrow an evil dictator called Baby Panay and also take part in a deadly encounter with his former boss, Tom Sheldon. The game play in the sand box style is predominant in the second iteration as well. The Artificial Intelligence for the game has been rewritten which will now offer the player a new level of enemy combat experience. The hybrid aiming system will be the thing to watch out for. This feature enables the player to pinpoint specific limbs on a manual basis and also serves to offer various kind of moves to tackle the enemy thus rendering them crippled. Just Cause 2 will also have a potentially adaptive difficulty system, which shall scale the difficulty level as the player proceeds and performs in the game.
Just Cause 2 will be released on the 26th of March 2010 for Xbox 360, PS3 & PC. Enthusiasts can however download the demo version which is time constrained from Thursday onwards. Just Cause 2 demo itself will take around a 1GB download file.
