Two ways to Optimize your RSS feed

Baffled with a sea of RSS feeds in your reader or aggregator? You are not alone. This happens to every other subscriber. In my case, the Yahoo reader was staggering at more than thousands of unread items. By fluke I got an idea to stop the noise. Well you can do it without unsubscribing. The wonder were Feedscrub and Feed assist (yet to be launched), great to optimize your favorite RSS feeds. Now you get the favorite stories you want.
Let’s peek into each of them
Feedscrub
You’ll have to train the FeedScrub for the stories you like and those you avoid. To begin with create an account, and add a few feeds. Sort them out according to your choice. Keep the ones you like and eliminate the others. This can be especially great with the Google Reader and Newsgator. First add the feeds to the site, then you can add the tweaked feeds to the reader and choose to scrub the items onsite or off.
Feed Assist
It’s waiting to go. This would be a good assistant to block, divert, split, group and kill duplicates so as to reduce feed clutter. This is a great way to reduce the feed clutter and optimize the feed. Avail all the customized feeds that would work with any popular feed reader or website.
So are you ready to optimize your RSS feed.
