Convergys elects Richard R. Devenuti to board

CINCINNATI — Convergys Corp., an outsourcing services firm, said Tuesday that it elected Richard R. Devenuti to its board, effective Monday.

Devenuti, 51, is a senior vice president of EMC Corp. He is on the boards of two public companies.

Convergys shares rose 14 cents to $11.11 in afternoon trading.
