GURGAON, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Now that people are elated to have witnessed Gurgaon Metro commencing its journey, it seems like the initial phase of the newly launched train is all set to roll into a session of chaos and ruckus. The first time boarders of Gurgaon Metro have complained their cell phones flashing a no signal area sign as soon as the train started from Qutub Minar.

Not only that, the passengers have also complained that there are no CCTV’S (Close Circuit Television) to keep an eye upon the personal belongings of the boarders. Metro Railways have often been a subject of criticism owing to the security issues and with the newly introduced Gurgaon Metro devoid of the minimum security, this might be pointed as the biggest flaw in the system. When asked about the mobile phones signals, the Gurgaon Metro Railway officials told the media that the mobile phones are bound to go out of reach because in between Qutub Minar and HUDA city there are only a handful of mobile towers. The Gurgaon Metro officials said that there isn’t much that can be done about this problem. However, they plan to discuss this matter soon with the telecom service providers in the area. As far as the Close Circuit Televisions are concerned, the Gurgaon Metro officials said that they are done with the cabling and shall soon install the cameras. Although there are some minor glitches they hope to have them ready by the next week.

CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) shall be guarding the Gurgaon Metro stretch from Qutub Minar to HUDA city. The CISF official said that Gurgaon Metro shall have all latest security gadgets like X-ray baggage screening machines which in their opinion shall be great help for both the officials as well as the passengers.
