IBM wins contract with Quippo to revamp IT systems

NEW YORK — IBM Corp. said Thursday it has a deal to revamp the information technology structure of a company called Quippo-WTTIL, which rents communications towers to service providers in India.

IBM did not disclose financial details of the agreement.

The company said the deal is aimed at giving Quippo integrated computer systems following a recent corporate combination.
