Monster India Revamps Its Site

The managing director of Monster.com, Sanjay Modi gave the details of the revamp in the site in a press conference. The notable addition to the site’s interface is the ‘Enhanced Magic Search’ tool. The interface has been made clutter free so that the first time users do not get intimidated by the site’s look.
The new technologies implemented in the upgraded Monster India site will offer the users with the latest and updated job offers. Similarly the employers who use the site will be informed about the most suitable candidates for the vacancies in their organization. The changes have been made after the company studied the behavioral search pattern of the users for a period of time.
