Websense names Arthur Locke as new CFO
SAN DIEGO — Internet filtering and security software maker Websense Inc. said Tuesday it named Arthur S. Locke as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 31.
Locke replaces Doug Wride as CFO. Wride, who joined the company in 1999, will keep his title as chief operating officer until “at least the end of 2009,” the company said.
Locke most recently was executive vice president and CFO at MicroStrategy Inc.
Shares closed down 30 cents at $16.05.
