130 Cops and 2 Tanks to Chat with a Computer Gamer

130 Cops and 2 Tanks were deployed to catch Taiwanese Chang Hsi-ming aka Evil Dragon, who was wanted for murder, illegal possession of weapons and multiple kidnappings. Taiwan police have been tracking him for about a year.

Unfortunately for him his gaming habits proved too costly as cops sniffed out his online persona, and tracked his IP address, which lead to his address.

Then they decided to bring in little reinforcements, as described above, to have a little chat with him. He decided to go out in the style of “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid”. Apparently he will survive even after bullet wounds in chest and shoulder.

I wonder what kind of super-criminal is he? 130 cops and 2 tanks for a single criminal?
And what game was he playing; surely not minesweeper.
