Correction: Yahoo Acquisition story

SAN FRANCISCO — In a May 18 story on Yahoo’s acquisition of Associated Content, The Associated Press, relying on information from CEO Carol Bartz, reported erroneously that Yahoo plans to close the Associated Content website. The company later said it will not close the site but may rebrand it instead. It also said it plans to integrate Associated Content stories throughout Yahoo’s websites.
