i am a C.S student and have intense intrest in java language , i request u plz that provide the list of all java based online compatitions websites.

I write about stuffs related mainly to core java,spring ,hibernate and other stuffs.

I got a Java Blog which is a programming competition - It requires that you write a very simple Code. Most of the programs are not more than 20 lines!!!

I plan to write post other then the competition too!!

I have installed (jdk-6u3-windows-i586-p_31.10.2007)
this file jdk1.6 after that i install eclipse software but it is not supporting jre 1.6 and asking for jdk 1.4 or sdk 1.4.
Pls provide me the proper link and file name which i need to download to run eclipse successfully
