Recession Hits Infosys. Remedy: Stop Going to Toilets
By Angsuman Chakraborty, Gaea News NetworkThursday, February 19, 2009
We know what goes in comes out. But implementing it in such a painful humor of real life is unique. Confused with my blabber?
One of the many things IT major Infosys is doing is to encourage staffers not to stay on beyond 7 pm to complete project deadlines. So, staffers won’t be allowed to take a toilet break after 7 pm! To help them in this process, there will be no drinking water available after 4.30 pm.
Quoting Business standard.
Though most of the Infy employees just discarded this issue and even threatened to sue BS for such a baseless opinion, still this is one crazy plan.
Before leaving with you a hearty laugh (beware this can be a truth. We never know) let me quote two notable comments from Infosicians (as claimed by themselves)
I think this is toally true, I have been working in infosys for past 20 years and now i have to wear diapers because of this “Policy”. beleive me We are not even allowed to carry water bottles in our campus and the toilets are sealed after 6 :(. Kudos to the editor for highliting the true story at infosys

Biggest Joke of the year… The newpaper should do some ground work before publishing anything such as this..

And what is that exactly Mr Infy employee? Involve some BS staffs to cover Infy toilets? Lol.
I guess I heard someone saying on my way to the office,
There are two places where people are more insecure than animals- Sanctuary and IT farms. Take it as joke. ROFL.
