Rights of HIV+ Children?

I was watching a TV infomercial which argued in favor of HIV positive children attending schools with other HIV negative students. On the surface it appears the humanly thing to do but is it really logical (and humanly) to allow HIV+ students to attend normal schools?

In school children are known to get into fights, bruises from various causes are common. With a HIV+ student in their midst it is not very unlikely to contract HIV. Having HIV is probably one of the worst thing that can happen to a child. At the least his / her life changes forever. So my question is to ensure the right of normal living for a HIV+ child (who is obviously not responsible for his condition) can society and law risk the lives of other children in the school? Can the society and law subject the parents of HIV- students to such enormous constant anxiety?

What do you think?
