Translator Plugin Pro & Gold Update Delivered…Before Time

With automation in place (and fully updated database) this time we were able to deliver the latest updates for Translator Plugin Pro 5.1.1 and Translator Plugin Gold 1.1.1 before we even made the announcement! This is a big milestone. Previously it used to take weeks to deliver the orders. Read below for details and what to do if you didn’t receive your update.

We accomplished this with our in-house CRM system. When a new release is blessed by QA, the repository is updated on our delivery server. This is automatically picked up by our delivery bot which periodically processes all undelivered purchase orders or those with older version. The core 2 duo (E6700) takes about 40-50 seconds to process an order. We may add more machines to the mix in future.

We did get some undelivered emails. In some cases one of the available customer emails bounced, in some all of them bounced. Frankly we don’t have any way to contact the customer in that case. So if you didn’t receive your update, please provide us the PayPal Translation ID and your current email address(es) asap. We will promptly deliver the update to you.
