There are gadgets for every body according to their requirements. A set of people essentially need a set of gadgets or unless that piece of the product becomes a lipstick for man’s lips. BPO is certainly the most stressful outsourcing service out there. I do agree that you manage your BPO team behind the desk. It is also important to provide regular performance check through “coaching”. Coaching allows managers and their team members to touch base, communicate, interact and provide pertinent information to help increase productivity. |
