Gadgetophilia has repeatedly tried addressing a common set of people ranging from students, detectives, bloggers or mountaineers etc. However, this article i.e. gadgets for BPO workers were a bit tough to sort out because it needed a special consideration.

BPO jobs are one of the most strenuous jobs in the outsourcing industry. Due to its constant monitoring process, odd time day in and day out, less leaves and meager compensations BPO people need to stress out a lot more than others. BPO is certainly the most stressful outsourcing service out there. I do agree that you manage your BPO team behind the desk. It is also important to provide regular performance check through “coaching”. Coaching allows managers and their team members to touch base, communicate, interact and provide pertinent information to help increase productivity.
