It has been a shock to read that K Sera Sera Productions Ltd. is planning to buy into IPL franchise. They are defaulting on all their bank loans. All their recent films have been a resounding flop. They have lost money on almost every film they distributed. They have lost money on every film they produced. Their share prices are manipulated. The management is desperately trying to offload shares issued in GDR which never got genuinly sold to actual investors. I am sure have no intention to buy any IPL franchise. They would not have enough money with them to buy a full season’s ticket of IPL matches let alone buy a franchise of a team. This announcement is bogus. It is only a ploy to use the announcement to hype the share prices and raise the demand for shares so that the current shareholders can offload their worthless shares on to new fools. |
