Hyderabad Auto Show 2010 In Progress

HYDERABAD, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The Hyderabad Auto Show 2010 which is a 4 day event starting from July 22 in Hyderabad is now in progress in Hyderabad International Convention Centre. K Rosiah the CM of Andhra Pradesh inaugurated the show yesterday. As expected the leading Indian and global carmakers like General Motors, Ford, Fiat, Tata Motors and Hyundai India all have showcased their latest cars and upcoming models at the car show. The scene stealer was the majestic Rolls Royce Ghost which has won a number of coveted design awards already.
The media entities are covering the ongoing Hyderabad Auto Show 2010 and a lot of attention is being given to the stall of Skoda Auto. The much awaited SUV from Skoda, Yeti has been unveiled at the show. It is quite evident that the renowned Czech car giant will launch the SUV in the Indian market soon. The price of the Yeti is expected to be above 1000000 INR onwards. It has got rave reviews from the car experts already.
If Skoda Auto is hogging the limelight at the ongoing Hyderabad Auto Show 2010 Can GM be far behind? The USA based car maker which has made its position firm in the Indian car market has showcased its upcoming compact car and sedan models at the show. The upgraded models of GM Beat and Spark with added features and new ergonomics have been displayed at the auto show. The company aspires to capture a larger pie of the car marked with these models. It is also upbeat about the Captiva Limited Edition model.
