After much googling, I explored an assortment of free Windows 7 themepack. Let me tell you these themepacks are exclusively designed for Windows 7 and you shouldn’t try to hang them on Vista or XP, simply because it doesn’t work on them. The only hard work you need to do is just download the theme on Windows 7 and install them. In order to install these themes you need to double click them in Windows Explorer.
