The new $69 Magic Trackpad is the first Multi-Touch trackpad designed to work with your Mac desktop computer. The company also released battery charger for wireless devices like Magic Trackpad, Apple Keyboard and Magic Mouse. The Magic Trackpad is a bigger version of MacBook Pro touchpad with 80% more surface area.
You can use it as a replacement of mouse because the whole surface works like a button. You can use it for different gestures like two-finger scrolling, pinch to zoom, fingertip rotation, and three- and four-finger swipes. You can also enable or disable the gesture according to your need. Swiping through pages online makes you feel just like browsing through pages in a book or magazine. And the scrolling makes moving up and down a page more natural.
The Magic Trackpad has the same design as Apple’s wireless keyboard. You will also be able to work from 33 feet away with its Bluetooth functionality. The Magic Trackpad is battery powered and possibly comes with an USB cord. Apple also released battery charger that comes with six AA batteries.
