How to change Windows 7 display language for new user accounts

windows7Windows 7 can let different users to have different display language settings for different user accounts. Previously we had talked about  How to Change Windows 7 Current display language for an existing user. But this feature is not that well known or well exploited in Windows 7. Let’s see how we can do it.

1. In the Region and Language dialog window, click on Administrative tab.

2. Under Welcome screen and new user accounts section, click on Copy settings button.

3. In the Welcome screen and new user accounts dialog box, select and tick the check boxes for New user accounts.

4. Click OK to apply the change.

[You can also change ther welcome screen language in the same way.]
