Many of us have Windows and Linux as dual boots on our computer. While its good to have them both to get the best of both worlds, there are some problems too. Its easy to access Windows from Linux but you can’t even think of locating the drives you have on the linux side. The other day, I had to reboot just because I was on Windows XP and had to have some documents that were on the other side of the Linux. It is because Windows cant read linux ext2 , ext3 ,reiserfs partitions. So all you have to do is to help Windows recognize them.
Access reiserfs Linux Partition
To access reiserfs Linux partition you need to download a reiserfs reader from here. The installation is very simple just a few clicks and reiserfs and linux parition reader is installed on windows . Upon using it you will see something like this,
Access ext linux partition
Now for ext linux partitions too, you will have to download a tool. Download Ext2 Installable File System from here. Use it and there you go.
