MOSCOW - A teenager was murdered in northern Armenia after an argument with a girl on a popular social networking site, according to a news report Thursday.

Tigran Tadevosyan, 17, was attacked by four youths outside his residence in Shirak province’s Gyumri city, the Tert newspaper reported. Tadevosyan died of his injuries in a hospital April 26.

One of the accused has been arrested and search for the others was underway.

Tadevosyan’s relatives, meanwhile, said he was attacked following a heated argument with a girl on social networking site dnoklassniki (Classmates).

They claim that the girl hired the goons to carry out the attack.
