Online banking is one of the most important service that every customer seeks these days. With the Chase website down since Monday night customers are facing much inconveniences in opening, receiving and activating a new Chase credit card. Whenever they are trying to access their account, the downtime of server is preventing them from doing that.

Although the bank has not given any statement when the website will resume its work, we hope they are taking necessary steps to resolve it.
