How is Airtel Internet in Kolkata?

I currently have 1Mbps connection from Tata Indicom & 256Kbps connection from BSNL, both broadband connections are load balanced with fail-over for reliability and greater effective bandwidth. I am planning to add a third connection, preferably Airtel Broadband.

Both of the above are unlimited plans which is good. It appears I can also make phone calls through their connection; while not free it is a bonus.

Do you have any experience with either of the plans above? What is your experience with Airtel Broadband?

i stay in howrah so i just want to know if airtel broadband connection can be taken in howrah or not.

My experience with Airtel Broadband has been very good. We had tata before this — w/ frequent outage. Airtel has been very stable, and the one time I had an outage, I could call up the customer care and it got resolved very soon.
