Super Realistic Computer Generated Girl

So realistic CG, with emotions and all, that it is almost creepy. Click on the image for high resolution version.
Even with the high resolution version the only thing I could observe (slightly non-realistic) was the hair, which probably needs some fine-tuning.
With such CG capabilities who needs movie stars?
