Correction: Intel earnings preview
SAN FRANCISCO — In a story April 12 previewing Intel Corp.’s first-quarter earnings, The Associated Press reported erroneously that Intel took a big charge in the first quarter of 2009 to write down the value of an investment. That charge was in the fourth quarter of 2008.
