Investment Technology Group CFO to retire

NEW YORK — Investment Technology Group Inc. said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Howard Naphtali plans to retire Feb. 3.

The company said he will be replaced by Steven Vigliotti, 42, CFO of NYFIX Inc., which was bought out by NYSE Euronext Inc. this year.

Naphtali, 56, joined Investment Technology Group in 1997. Based in New York, the company designs automated trading tools for investors.

Its shares rose 21 cents to $20.08 in morning trading.
