JDA Software plans $275 million debt offering
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — JDA Software Group Inc., which makes inventory management software for retailers, said Monday it plans to sell $275 million of senior notes in a private offering.
JDA plans to use the proceeds to help pay for the acquisition of i2 Technologies Inc., along with fees and other transaction costs. JDA agreed earlier this month to buy rival i2 for about $434 million.
The stock closed earlier down 6 cents at $23.48.
