Micromax Bling Q55 IIFA Awards Launch

COLOMBO, SRILANKA (GaeaTimes.com)- The 11th IIFA Awards (The International Indian Film Academy Awards) that was recently held at Sri Lanka witnessed the grand launch of Micromax Bling Q55. Micromax Bling Q55 is the latest offering from Micromax Mobile and happens to be a limited edition series.

The business director of Micromax Mobiles told the media that Micromax Bling Q55 is all decked up with Swarovski Elements which shall be accompanied by a IIFA insignia at the back of the phone. Micromax Bling Q55 shall be preloaded with exclusive content from IIFA awards 2009 with videos of the previous years show. Micromax Bling Q55 happens to be a dual sim based model that weights light at 70 gm and has a wide display of 2.4 inch which makes it fit right into your palm. Micromax Bling Q55 sports a 2MP camera along with a multi instant messenger. The browser included in the phone is Opera mini. Social networking applications like Facebook are also included along with it. Micromax Bling Q55 offers both EDGE and GPRS facility which ensures smooth connectivity and breeze fast communication. The memory slot is a Micro SD slot which can be expandable up to 8GB. Micromax Bling Q55 uses a Li-ion battery which offers a talk time of 1-4 hours and a normal standby time of 180 hours.

Micromax Bling Q55 has already secured a deal with Dialogue which happens to be Sri Lanka’s largest mobile service provider. As a result of the tie up between Micromax mobiles and Dialogue, Micromax Bling Q55 shall come preloaded with two connections of Dialogue. Micromax Mobiles also has plans in store to launch Micromax Bling Q55 in Latin America, UAE and Bangladesh.
